ABOUT ME:
Being a psychologist provides an incredible opportunity to understand and help make a difference in the lives of others. Every one of my clients has a unique view of life, and we work together to learn and problem solve. I have worked with many types of problems and I take great pleasure in helping people lead more successful, productive lives.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: My approach is to assist clients with identifying and solving problems. A session usually involves informal discussion. The client shares progress and problems since the previous session, reviews results of homework, learns new coping strategies, participates in some type of relaxation &/or visualization exercise, and receives a new homework assignment. Children will usually select a game or activity to play with the therapist while learning communication and coping skills.
