ABOUT ME:
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 12 years of experience. I provide short and long-term psychotherapy services for individuals, couples, and groups regarding: Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Relationships, Sexual Orientation and Identity Issues, Parenting Concerns, Trauma (Survivors and their Partners), Substance Abuse, Bariatric Surgery Evaluation, Chronic Illness, Stress Management, and Grief/Loss.
I work with my clients to identify their strengths, clarify their goals, and work through negative patterns in order to make positive changes in their lives. My practice offers bilingual (Spanish/English) psychotherapy and consultation services, as well as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) sessions when clinically appropriate.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I offer Face-to Face, In Office appointments, as well as Telephone and Online Sessions. Some clients prefer one setting over another, or a combination.
