HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION: We accept most insurances, blue cross, blue shield, medicare, tricare/champus, magellan, united behavioral health, managed health network, hollman and many other PPO insurances.
PAYMENTS: we bill most insurances, patient is responsible for copay and/or deductibles. We also accept sliding scale fee for cash clients starting at $75/session.
CANCELLATIONS: Patient is responsible to cancel within 24 hours of the appointment or they will be charged cancellation fee of $75.
