Virginia Bell-Pringle, Ph.D.
Clinical Psychologist
|
| |
ABOUT ME:
Dr. Bell-Pringle works with adults and adolescents using several different treatment modalities (i.e., individual, group, couples', and family psychotherapy). While she helps clients with a wide range of clinical issues, she specializes in physician wellness, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, men's issues, couples' work, substance abuse issues, and group psychotherapy.
Dr. Bell-Pringle approaches each new client relationship with a focus on the person's context in terms of family, society, and multicultural dimensions. She also prefers to work with clients' symptoms (or struggles) and the causes (or influencing factors) of these difficulties simultaneously. It is Dr. Bell-Pringle's belief that addressing multiple levels of one's problems is important for long-term positive change. This holistic approach is designed to maximize the strengths that clients have, remove blocks to clients' progress, and empower them to reach their full potentials.
