ABOUT ME:
I provide help for those who are suffering due to unhappy relationships, stress, work and career issues, anxiety and depression. I am committed to helping individuals, couples and families reach their optimal level of functioning. I approach counseling with the utmost respect for individual differences, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs and social experiences. Each person possesses strengths that can be utilized in treatment to achieve wellness and healing. It is my goal to unearth and capitalize on client strengths to achieve treatment goals. I have experience using a variety of approaches to promote positive growth and development.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I attempt to empower the client(s) to make changes that would enhance their life and/or gain deeper insight. My holistic approach to counseling includes assessing historical, biological, social, spiritual and emotional factors that may contribute areas of difficulty.
