Trained at The Hackensack University Medical Center in the department of psychiatry, I am certified in Trauma, EMDR, Bereavement and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. While psychodynamic in perspective, behavioral modifications empowering clients to achieve personal goals which they may independently sustain through skills and strengths are are important collaborative components. My main goal is to reduce client suffering through supportive therapy which seeks to identify client strengths and lead to self empowerment.
