ABOUT ME:
I am a clinical psychologist who works with adults and older adolescents age 17+) suffering from a wide range of mental health and emotional problems,and problems dealing with everyday life, including relationship conflicts and work-related problems. I also conduct mental health, personality, pre-surgical, and law enforcement assessments.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: My keyword is respect. My focus is on your needs and goals. We develop a clear understanding of the problem(s), and then we develop goals. I tend to focus on the present, and on the past only when necessary. I am there to listen, reflect, identify thought and behavior patterns, and sometimes to educate - to help you develop understanding, power, and confidence to cope more effectively with whatever you are dealing with.
