ABOUT ME:
I am a world traveller, having lived in many other cultures and I like using symbols, images and stories in therapy. I teach workshops in accessing Radical Joy and this is the title of my first book. I am goal oriented and focused on crisis management and problem solving. This must preceed our deeper work where we explore the core wounding that defines our defensive structure and consequently the way in which we relate to the world. I want to lead you to the experience of radical joy and am interested in exploring this journey with you.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Problem solving, goal oriented, short term psychotherapy. I work with individuals, couples and families-blended and biological. I am action oriented and we focus on the obstacles in way of getting what you want. We name them, sort them, uncover the stories that created them and keep you stuck and we develop a new story line that includes an action plan. I use psychodynamic, gestalt, narrative, and anything else that would be an appropriate modality for treatment.

I require payment at the time of treatment-no exceptions. My fee is 120.00 per session, coaching packages are prices seperatly. I have a limited number of sliding scale fee slots at 60.00 per session.
