ABOUT ME:
I've been in practice in Escondid and Encinitas, CA for 21 years. I've taken separate training as an MFCC (had the license 17 years but gave it up because my psychologist license covers that area and more), and as a child psychologist.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I prefer a warm supportive approach with a cognitive dynamic bent. I've written an Anxiety Monograph for those who wish to first self-diagnose and begin some treatment on their own. I refer anxiety patients to my website to obtain the monograph. Its very thorough and much cheaper than an initial consultation. If you do need a therapist, it will show you how to assess that, too, but more importantly, it will show you when you do not need one. It could save you a lot of money.
