IN THE THERAPY SESSION:I have a very direct and interactive approach where I share personal and professional experiences within an educational framework. I do not spend time taking notes during session, nor do I watch the clock. I want progress as do you, thus making me goal-directed. I eschew the formal setting and encourage a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere.
