ABOUT ME:
Do you worry that you or someone you love is a sex addict? Are internet sex and pornography controlling your life? Are you afraid that your sexual problems are unsolvable?
As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, psychotherapist and sex therapist, people tell me that before therapy with me they had never told anyone the extent of their pain from sexual addiction, abuse, assault or other sexual problems. Shame, embarassment and hopelessness kept them isolated and depressed. Feeling safe in therapy combined with my compassionate respectful and sound clinical strategies gave them hope and help. We work together as a recovery team.
Everyone deserves support and assistance. Sex addicts and their partners, abuse/assault survivors and their spouses, people with sexual problems and their loved ones, and individuals not currently in relationships. I provide experienced effective growth and recovery services for individuals and couples struggling with sexual and not specifically sexual problems.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, psychotherapist and sex therapist.
My goal in therapy is to provide professional compassionate assistance to clients who are struggling with difficult challenges in their lives.
I am not judgemental. I am respectful. I have clear boundaries. I am not abusive. These basic beliefs are integral to the work I do especially with clients who have experienced abuse and boundary violations.

HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
Most Standard Insurance Plans will cover my services. Some HMO's and PPO's will also cover my services-Referrals are usually needed for HMO's and PPO's. Please check with your insurance company to find out if I am a vendor for them and what coverage you have.

CANCELLATIONS:
Please give twenty four hour telephone notice for cancellations. My voice mail -which I check frequently-is accessible twenty four hours a day. With less than twenty four hour notice I do charge for sessions missed unless it is an emergency or illness for yourself or a family member.
