I work with clients who are dealing with all kinds of life difficulties, such as relationship issues, depression and self-defeating belief systems and behaviors.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION:Many people do not have a specific label for how they are feeling, but sense that all is not well. I prefer to work with whatever the client is feeling and what comes up in the moment. We then work together to recognize and work through stuck points and difficulties.
