Two daughters
Initial Degrees in Chemistry & Business Admin. Worked 30 years in industry as corporate planner. Completed Pastoral Licensing program, then Masters and Ph.D. in Christian Counseling through part-time programs. Assisted as Pastor and Counselor at New Wine Covenant Church in Orleans ON for approximately 4 years before taking early retirement and starting my counseling practice.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Eclectic
Allow client to lead, define and list key issues.
Then work with client to narrow to one or two critical issues
Work with client to develop goals, treatment strategy, problem solutions and ways to resolve their most pressing issues.
Use assessment tools such as Beck Depression Inventory and Young's Life Schema Analysis

HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
EAP approved with Cerdian Lifeworks and Apsira
Also approved Counseling Services Provider with Co-Operators Insurance.
Provide evening (Tues thru Thurs)and weekend (Saturday)office hours.

PAYMENTS:
Expect payment on day of session. Will extent credit up to no more than 3 outstanding sessions. Accept cash, cheque and money order. No credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS:
Must have 24 hour notice.
If not, will be charged $30.00
Short notice is accepted if there are valid reasons such as as poor driving conditions, sudden illness etc.
