IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Change is about more than just talking; change is also about doing. I'm interactive in therapy, I will do whatever I can to help you move to your goals. I believe that it is up to you, the client, to decide what works for you but I will do my best to offer as many alternatives and possibilities as we can find to move you forward.

HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
My services are covered by most health plans that offer psychotherapy with the exception of HMOs, PPOs and other types of plans that limit services, providers or require the release of confidential information.

PAYMENTS:
Payment is usually made at the beginning or end of a session. However other arrangements can made depending on your circumstances.

CANCELLATIONS:
Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. In return, if I fail to cancel a session with 24 hour notice to you, there will be no charge for the next session.
