ABOUT ME:
Page Lauer, MFT is a Marriage and Family Therapist as well as a Certified Yoga Teacher. She works with a variety of individuals, couples and families in an atmosphere that is personal, professional and confidential. She has found that involving body awareness along with traditional talk therapy leads to insights and wisdom otherwise missed. She is dedicated to helping individuals enhance every aspect of their personal relationships and professional lives: "It is my hope, belief and experience that those who step forward in the journey of self-awareness receive blessings of confidence, hope and love."
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Page Lauer, MFT works in tandem with clients, sometimes listening and at other times probing and/or directing the session. She assists clients in increasing awareness and esteem through a combination of insight, reflection and acceptance. Her clients find themselves leaving therapy with improved ability to access personal power, create meaningful relationships and manage life.
