ABOUT ME:
I have been as therapist since 1989 and been in private practice since 1997. I have also been a parent educator since 1993. My commitment as a therapist is to help you create a healthy connection within yourself, in your partnerships and with your children. I believe that all of us want loving relationships. Yet many of us were not given the tools or taught effective skills to create healthy and loving relationships. Others have past experiences from childhood that impede their ability to create spontaneous, authentic and open relationships.

STYLE IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I use an eclectic stlye to fit the individual or couples needs. I might use a psychoeducational and skill building approach, cognitive and/or behavioral modality,
expressive and art therapy, energy work or guided imagery to name some examples.

FEES PER SESSION: $60 to $100	HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION: I am able to take most PPO's.
PAYMENTS: A typical session is 50-60 minutes. All charges are due at the end of each session unless other specific arrangements have been made.	CANCELLATIONS: I request a 24 hour minimum notice before canceling. You will be charge an normal office fee if an appointment is missed without the 24 hour cancelation, unless it is due to illness or other unforeseen emergencies.
