ABOUT ME:
I work collaboratively to empower individuals and families to break free of destructive cycles. This may involve learning skills such as setting boundaries, improving communication, or developing an understanding which gives meaning and balance to your life.
Women and children experiencing abuse or feeling disempowered can work on transforming their relationship, or deciding it's the right time to leave. Our goal is to strengthen you and your family. I am also a Co-parenting Specialist for separating or divorcing couples who wish to create the best possible environment for their children and for themselves.
Additionally, I see clients who have experienced a loss. We will work on making the transition from a "normal" life to a "normal" life that also involves a profound loss.
