ABOUT ME:
Dr. Michael Heitt is a licensed psychologist with expertise in working with physicians, executives and other professionals who are dealing with personal and work-related challenges. He is also a consultant to small and mid-size companies on a variety of workplace and organizational issues.
Dr. Heitt is on the faculty of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the Johns Hopkins University School of Education. As the former Associate Director of the Johns Hopkins University and Health System's Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, he oversaw the clinical and consultative services provided to the faculty, staff and students of the Hopkins community.
Dr. Heitt earned his Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Chicago and has worked in a variety of settings, including employee assistance programs, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient mental health centers, emergency departments and not-for-profit organizations
