FEES PER SESSION:
$150 - $200
|
HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
I am a fee-for-service provider and will be happy to provide you with a superbill if your insurance covers my services.
Please call for more information about your insurance concerns.

PAYMENTS:
My fees are based on the length of the appointment time scheduled and range from $175 to $200 per session.
All fees are payable at the time of the session.
Clients have the choice of 40, 50 or 60 minute sessions.
30 minute telephone appointments are also available.
Couples and families also have the option of a 90 minute session.
I have a very limited sliding scale subject to time availability.

CANCELLATIONS:
I work with you to arrange an appointment time that is convenient for you. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours in advance or you will be charged your full fee.
