ABOUT ME:
My primary office is centrally located between Annapolis, Washington, and Baltimore in Laurel, Maryland, also practicing in Crofton and Owings Mills, Maryland.
Being a counselor and agent of change, gives me a wonderful opportunity to help make a difference in your life.
I have had a lifetime of interest in the healing arts. I am an experienced instructor and a successful business woman. I have faced many difficult personal challenges and health issues. I have a long and happy marriage and have four wonderful adult children and now grandchildren. I bring a lifetime of experience to my counseling practice.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: My approach is caring, compassionate and non-judgmental. We will work as a team to bring out your strengths and competencies to build a platform for the change you want. Using brief solution focused counseling, neurolinguistic programming, hypnotherapy, and other techniques, we will quickly get to the heart of your struggle and promote healing change in the shortest amount of time possible.

HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:

PAYMENTS:
Checks preferred, due in full a the beginning of an appointment. $90 for 45 to 50 minute counseling session and $130 for 90 to 120 minute hypnotherapy session. Accepts sliding scale for special needs.

CANCELLATIONS:
48 hours notice for cancellations or as soon as possible. I recommend rescheduling appointments for hazardous road conditions.
