Lori is an out of network provider on most PPO Plans. She is very willing to help give her clients the necessary paperwork to enable them to get prompt reimbusement from their insurrance plans.

PAYMENTS:
Payments are to be made at the time of service. For your convienience she accepts cash check and most current credit cards.

CANCELLATIONS:
Lori has a 24 hour canceltion policy and asks that her client will call her the day before to give her notice.
