IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I have a supportive, empathic, strength-based style. Using a cognitive-behavioral approach, (believing our thoughts and actions are connected) we will look into how beliefs and behaviors learned in the past may still affect present behavior and relationships. This then allows us to work to create a richer life.
