ABOUT ME:
I operate a private practice in Milan, OH, located between Norwalk and Sandusky. I provide counseling and assessment services for people struggling with issues related to their feelings, thoughts, or behaviors.
Problems are addressed through weekly sessions designed to empower you to make desired changes in your life. Some typical goals of therapy include reduced anxious and depressed feelings, improved interpersonal relationships, increased skill in managing anger, and decreased distress related to past experiences. For children, typical goals include decreased behavior problems and improved relationships with peers.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I view psychotherapy as a process of healing requiring active involvement of both client and therapist. I will work closely with you to ensure that treatment is working toward your goals. I will also check with you regularly to ensure that you are satisfied with the progress that you are making.
