IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I believe in the power of insight and and the desire to become one's best self. I make every effort to help my clients see their potential and reach it by offering a safe and motivating growth environment. I care for my clients and their problems and am a willing cheerleader as well as the firm voice of reason.
I have found that seeking answers from the past and what we have learned in our families of origin can greatly help us become the best verison of ourselves in the future. Within that understanding lies endelss possibility for change and happiness.
