ABOUT ME:
I have nine years experience providing individual, group, couple and family services. For the past five years, I have been in private practice. I help people find solutions to frustrating problems so that they may find peace in their lives. Many of my clients have problems with the legal system and are court-ordered to complete specialized evaluations and treatments.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: The counseling process involves a joint effort between the client and myself. Together, we work to develop goals to promote new awareness, understanding, and solutions to problems. Every client experiences a problem that he/she believes is unique to him/her. Therefore, every treatment plan is tallored to match the client's specific need.

FEES PER SESSION:
$60 to $100
|
HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
I accept most insurance companies and service providers in the state of Kentucky. I also provide Impact Plus Services (Medicaid for children) for eligible children and adolescents. Insurance and EAP services must be pre-authorized for non-emergency services.

PAYMENTS:
Out-of-pocket fees and co-pays are due when services are rendered.
|
CANCELLATIONS:
I reserve the right to bill for appointments missed at the rate of half the normal fee if appointments are not cancelled 24 hours in advance.
