ABOUT ME: "I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and depression. I believe it's important to find a specialist for emotional concerns. Many of my clients have expressed their frustration with not receiving quality treatment in the past. I pride myself in giving new hope to those who have previously struggled. This new hope is created by researched based, proven techinques to help you quickly overcome anxiety and depressive symptoms. I am always impressed at the changes that occurr in relationships, careers and parenting when moods are stabilized. I also have experience in working with adolescent issues: mood, behavior problems, eating disorders and defiance.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION:"I believe that therapy needs to be a balance of relationship and confrontation. I enjoy providing my client's with a concrete, customized plan to help them meet their goals. My success is measured by how quickly I get my clients back on their feet and not therapist dependent.
"I have found that depression and anxiety effects the client, family members and other associations. I believe in working with these support groups when appropriate. I will involve you in your child's treatment, as you will always be the "expert" in their lives.
