ABOUT ME:
The focus of my practice is on helping people to create the lives that they truly desire rather than spending months or years of time focusing on "the problem". My combined background with hypnotherapy, counseling, and coaching over 9 years has resulted in many clients making major breakthroughs in their lives. I am currently specializing in helping parents and their teenagers in achieving the best life success possible during this pivotal life transition.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Client's often tell me how they find my approach to be compassionate, honest, intuitive, insightful, and uplifting. Some of my clients have achieved results that they never thought were possible despite having seen other therapists.
Overall, I am eclectic in my approach with clients. This means that I utilize the approach that is best suited for you. For maximum flexibility and efficiency, I offer both hypnotherapy, counseling, and/or coaching. I take your confidentiality very seriously and will do whatever is necessary to safeguard it.
