ABOUT ME:
" I am seeking patients who are particularly interested in their psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual development, not just reducing their suffering. Patients who are interested in expanding their joy, improving their awareness, increasing their risk-taking capacity, and making more thoughtful and conscious choices. I work with adults, adolescents, couples and families.
I have 15 years experience as a masters level and then a Ph.D. level psychotherapist. I have extensive training in western psychological approaches, most particularly cognitive behavioral, existential, family systems, and transpersonal. In addition, I have spent over 35 years exploring and then training in eastern psychological approaches to personal growth.
