ABOUT ME:
I specialize in the areas of trauma and recovery, depression and anxiety, relationship issues, bereavement, and stressful life transitions. I have specialized experience working with people suffering from chronic and acute medical conditions, back pain, stress related disorders, and the impact of disability on the individual and loved ones.
I am a NYS Licensed Psychologist. I work with young adults, adults, and seniors in individual and couples therapy formats. My practice centers on helping individuals build on their resiliency and adapt to stressful life changing events.
