STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION:My style is very warm and caring. I get to know you with self reports and history, as well as a lifestyle questionaire. We put together a treatment plan and begin to work on those goals together. I give "homework" and check in on it each session. If at any point along the way you are unhappy or dissatisfied with anything I ask that you would let me know. I believe in what I do because both my clients and I see results that we are very happy with. It is an honor for me to be a part of someone's journey and I take that responsibilty very seriously.
