ABOUT ME:
My academic and post graduate training are rooted in depth psychology. I believe that inside each of us is a part that has terrific healing capacity. As work progresses, you will discover this deeper wiser healing part of yourself.
I understand that finding the right therapist is a process, so I offer a free phone consultation to help you in your search.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Free yourself...I help facilitate the changes you seek so you may live more comfortably. Life, loss, trauma, dysfunctional relationships, addiction, creative blocks and much more can prevent anyone from moving on. I work with clients to help them identify and link issues of their past to behaviors and patterns in the present so that they may move forward in their lives with new vitality. This start with the establishment a sound trusting therapuetic relationship. From this foundation, I will educate and support you in uncovering abd recovering your own resources and strengths. Telling your story and being honest with yourself can help make meaning out of where you've been and inform where you are going and how you get there. Growth and Change are possible as you shed old habits that prevent you from living fully.

HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
I am happy to complete paper work for you to send to your insurance company for reimbursement should they accept out-of-network providers.

PAYMENTS:
Payments are made directly to me at the time of service. I see a limited number of clients on a sliding scale. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation.

CANCELLATIONS:
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If I am not given such notice,you will be charged a regular session fee.
