ABOUT ME: I am an open, friendly yet serious therapist with a background in end of life transition, loss, grief and traumatic loss (homicide, suicide, vehicular fatalities) as well as more prevalent therapeutic issues. I am trained and experienced in EMDR and Internal Family Systems work which I integrate into more traditional "talkiing" therapy. I love my work and am happiest when wrestling with intense, difficult issues with clients.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION:Respectful, intent, interactive, present with a focus on listening. Biggest concern is emotional safety for clients. I love dialogue and invite humor as needed and appropriate to the session.
