ABOUT ME:
I have been in private practice for 20 years and enjoy working with people who want to express more of who they are. I have specialized in grief, loss and trauma, also anxiety and relationship issues. I have used EMDR for the past 12 years especially for trauma work. I also use Internal Family Systems Therapy, working with the inner "parts" of ourselves to help them get unstuck so that more of the Self can be expressed.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I am interested in facilitating your healing process. I help you access your experience, whatever is disturbing you, and assist in finding the best way for you to work with that experience to move toward healing. I listen, support, facilitate and coach in order to help you really know the protective parts of you so you can access and heal the hurt parts.
