ABOUT ME: I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Dr. Genevieve Yirenkyi and I am a licensed psychologist and owner of GY Consulting-private practice. I am in the process of building up my limited private practice to serve local community residents. I graduated from Pacific Graduate School of Psychology in Palo Alto, CA. I completed my internship at Howard University Hospital and my Post-Doctoral Fellowship at the University of Maryland-School of Medicine. My area of specialty is children/adolescent (ages 5-18 years old). I am experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of emotional and behavioral disorders. I also conduct psychological evaluations. Most of my clinical experiences have included providing mental health services within a clinic, hospital, community and/or school setting. As a result, I am committed to providing the highest level of service to my patients and their families.

Moreover, I offer a sliding-fee scale for patients who pay-out-of pocket and/or have financial hardships.
PAYMENTS: Collected beginning of session.
CANCELLATIONS: Within 24 hrs of appointment date or 50% of session fee.
