ABOUT ME:
Life is supposed to be GOOD! I'm very skilled at getting to the core of problems quickly and devising a plan to reach restoration in a solution-oriented fashion. Let's face it, by the time most reach out for help, they want to see results quickly. I have extensive experience in helping my patients achieve results as soon as they choose to do so. Part of therapy involves obtaining insight. But another part is action. I believe that insight without action leads to agony. We will work together to structure a plan for success.
My training and expertise were initially in trauma/abuse and grief recovery. I also treat couples and do extensive marriage counseling.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I have been in the field for close to a decade and have achieved success helping people overcome debilitating conditions. I offer education, compassion, empathy, and clear direction so that my patients achieve their goals and actualize their desires. Living with purpose and feeling good is what it's all about!

My Master's degree in Professional Counseling was attained at Dallas Baptist University.
