ABOUT ME:
I work to promote and support happiness, growth, positive change, and healing with children, individuals and families. I am dedicated to providing ethical, effective and caring professional psychology services. After gathering thorough background information on each client, I help the client to develop an individual treatment plan specifically designed to meet their needs and goals. Through the course of therapy, self-understanding develops, leading to increased opportunities for meaningful interpersonal relationships and self-love. In turn, this positive growth allows for healthier life choices.
In therapy, I believe the relationship between patient and psychologist is the key to successful work together. I try to provide a safe, warm environment in which to work with my clients. It is my privilege to share in the lives of the people who come to me for therapy.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: My treatment philosophy is based on cognitive behavioral therapy principles, and I believe that with support and empathic understanding, people can achieve positive and meaningful change in their lives. In a safe, nonjudgmental, and respectful therapeutic environment, I help people explore the emotional obstacles that obstruct their life path.
