ABOUT ME:
I approach therapy with a style that is broadly based and eclectic, having been trained in a wide range of approaches. I attempt to engage patients (young and old) in a journey of self-discovery, leading not simply to enhanced insight re oneself but also to meaningful life changes. I am a supportive witness and somewhat of a "coach" in the change process, helping to motivate people to want more for themselves in life...and then to work with them to seek and achieve it.
