IN THE THERAPY SESSION:As an African American therapist, I am a Humanist therapist devoted to helping my clients explore and unlock their own special abilities, creativity and potential for a more satisfying life.
My approach is based on a team perspective where I as the therapist join with the client in the counseling session to allow the client to focus on their unique issues, life problems and personal goals. With the help of a skilled empathic therapist, it has been my experience that clients can feel safe and empowered to learn how to tap into their own unique "selves". This enables them to transcend the challenges and demands of relationships, family and careers that can appear over-whelming at times.

FEES PER SESSION: $101 - $150
HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION: I am not a health plan provider. However, I do offer a sliding scale fee when appropriate. Invidual sessions are $100.00. Couples sessions are $125.00. Co-therapy sessions (couples therapy with myself and another license therapist)$150.00.
PAYMENTS: Fee for Service
Cash or personal check acceptable
Master bill provided upon request to submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement.
CANCELLATIONS: I have a 24 hour cancellation policy. A charge will be billed for missed sessions without 24 hour notification.
