PAYMENTS:
Billing Procedures Payment Policies
We are preferred providers for most major insurance companies. We accept assignment from Medicare, BCBS, ECOH, AETNA, PHCS and many others. Accepting assignment means we have an agreement with most major insurance companies in which we will accept a predetermined reduction in our fees, usually resulting in a lower out of pocket cost for patients. If you would like to know if we are preferred providers for your insurance company please contact the customer service phone number listed on your insurance card. We are not reimbursed from Medicaid. Therefore Medicaid patients must pay the entire fee at the time of service. If payment is a problem we can often times work out a payment plan.
For each date of service we will bill your insurance company with the insurance information you provided us at the time of your initial evaluation. We will bill your primary insurance first. After we receive a response from your primary insurance or after 60 days has passed, we w
