ABOUT ME:
Licensed Therapist Maryland. My clinical background includes 15 years experience providing counseling/coaching to Individuals, Couples, Families and Children for a wide range of issues including Abuse, Anxiety, Behavioral Health, Chemical Dependency, Depression, Grief/Loss, PTSD and other Traumas. I also provide clinical supervision to other therapists.
My academic background has included teaching for the University of Maryland Graduate School as an adjunct professor and monthly in-service trainings for law enforcement at the Southern Maryland Criminal Justice Academy.
I am dedicated to the enrichment and improvement of the lives of my clients. I feel passionate about my work and priviledged to be a member of my profession.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: It's not easy asking for help. It can be a life-changing event when you do. My clients are provided a thorough and complete assessment in order to accurately determine the issues at hand toward the formulation and collaboration of appropriate goals. I use a multi-modality approach in assessing and treating and/or coaching my clients.
