ABOUT ME:
I trained at Yale University in psychotherapy and use an array of therapeutic techniques to assist my clients. People process information differently, and I design each approach accordingly.
I have a wealth of social work experience in private practice, mental health clinics, public and private schools, and hospital settings. I also served as director of a school counseling program, clinical director of an adoption agency, and court advisor.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Therapy can assist individuals in defining and recognizing issues which have kept them from fully enjoying life. Each person views the world differently and I strive to understand their unique perspectives. I have worked as a therapist for approximately 10 years with children, adolescents, adults and families.
