ABOUT ME:
I work with people to help them find who they really are, what they most deeply want and how to be comfortable in their lives. I help people increase body awareness to both know themselves better and to process distress, helping to avoid illness due to stress. Working with couples of all genders is deeply rewarding for me as I watch people grow in their true intimacy and develop a safe, secure and fulfilling relationship.

IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I am a supportive, accepting person who does what it takes to understand your experience, then brings a new perspective which may be helpful to you. I assist clients to find the underlying disturbance and process it in a natural and profound way.

$60 to $100

HEALTH PLAN PARTICIPATION:
I do not bill for insurance, but will give clients a bill that they may submit to their insurance company if they wish.

PAYMENTS:
Payment is expected at the time of sservice. If other arrangements need to be made, please speak to me at the time of a session.

CANCELLATIONS:
24 hour notice is required for cancellation or full session fee is due. In the case of emergency or illness, this can be waived. If you must cancel and it is less than 24 hours before you appointment, please call anyway.

I have a Master's in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University. I have trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples and Body/Mind Psychotherapy.
I am a member in good standing of the American Counseling Association and the United States Association for Body Psychotherapy.
