ABOUT ME:
The reason I felt God's call to counseling is on this exact premise of the story--God's Butterfly (see website www.healingwingscounseling.org). I had many struggles in my life, but with the help of my mentors, friends, counselors, and most of all Jesus, I saw what God had planned eventually.
I have specialized psychotherapy for the vast different treatmeants the cause issues with abuse; such as sexual molestation, physical and mental traumas, and verbal abuse. I am a :icensed, Professional Clincal Counselor in the State of Ohio with a Master's in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Ashland Theological Seminary. I am also a member of the American Association of Christian Counseling and a lifelong member of the Psy Chi Honor Society.
Faith is a constant growing process, but I always have believed in the Our Father and Jesus Christ, the healer of our broken hearts and spirits. The struggles in my life have only strenghtened my faith and reminded me that the only place to look for God is up.
STYLE
IN THE THERAPY SESSION: I create a relaxed environment that has a team approach in counseling. I look for motivations that go beyond issues or problems and go to the roots. Please call and lets talk about it. :O)
