ABOUT ME:
I believe the relationship between a client and their therapist is of the utmost importance in creating a positive therapeutic outcome. I am dedicated to providing the highest quality of care in order to facilitate change, improve relationships and cope with life stressors. I provide individual, couples, family and group psychotherapy. Specialty areas include child/adolescent psychology, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, stress management, relationship problems, self-esteem issues and trauma.
My approach would best be described as eclectic with an emphasis on cognitive-behavioral techniques. Treatment plans are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.
I have a wealth of experience working in various therapeutic settings including child and adult psychiatric facilities, university counseling centers, child/adolescent outpatient programs, and a renowned eating disorder facility. My office is conveniently located in the Weston Town Center.
