ABOUT ME:
My practice is set in a relaxing and discreet environment to encourage comfort and safety. I offer both day and evening appointments in a wheelchair-accessible office that is on the bus line. My style is empathic; most people find me easy to talk to. You will find me a little more interactive than some and a little less formal than others. I enjoy working with people and most often work with depression, anxiety, addictions, relationship concerns, grief, and trauma issues. As a therapist, I focus on empowerment, self-awareness, and working with a person's strengths. I emphasize a collaborative relationship with clients, who I believe are the experts on their own lives. I work together with clients to solve immediate problems and resolve issues.
It takes both courage and strength to work towards self-awareness applying new tools to find new solutions. If you or your family member is struggling, I would like to help. I am currently accepting new clients and look forward to hearing from you.
