Caring, compassion, and connection are the cornerstones of my practice and my life. I came to doing 'anger therapy' by working through my own anger and then learning about the other types of anger as well as depression, anxiety and PTSD and how they relate to anger.

STYLE IN THE THERAPY SESSION: "What do I do to change how I feel, how I think about situations, and how do I learn to behave differently?" Depending on your issues, we may engage in goal-oriented counseling, relational therapy, or focus on behaviorial issues to answer your questions. But,compassion and connection are always primary.
