IN THE THERAPY SESSION: As a Jungian Psychotherapist, I will accompany you as we work through your present difficulties to help you re-enrich your life and re-set its course. I will meet you where you are, listening patiently and openly to your needs and deeply respecting your story, life experiences, and personal potential for healing.
This sort of psychotherapy is more about personal growth than medicine, more caring for soul than mind or brain, though we may do that too. I specialize in helping adults who feel stuck, depressed, anxious, or stressed about relationships or career ~ who struggle with nightmares, PTSD, or OCD ~ or who seek new ways to find balanced and feel whole.
