ABOUT ME:
If you have found this site chances are you are looking for support for yourself, a friend or loved one. My goal as a therapist is to facilitate a process of self-awareness. Over the past sixteen years of providing psychotherapy I have learned that self-awareness is a natural agent of change. The self-aware person always has choices. They make decisions that are grounded in authenticity, without guilt, shame or resentment. I offer the following services:

CREDENTIALS:
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in private practice for the past ten years in West Los Angeles. I graduated from California State University Northridge (CSUN) in 1993 with a MS degree in Counseling with an emphasis on Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. In 1989, I earned a BA degree in Child Development with an emphasis in Child Mental Health also at CSUN. For the past seventeen years my work in the mental health field has encompassed the following four areas; psychotherapy, parenting consultations, clinical supervision and human rights work.
