I help women and men who are in relationships where some days they want to leave...but most days they want to stay...I have a special interest in working with couples to help them create a stronger and more connected relationship. IN THE THERAPY SESSION: Couples come to see me when they feel hurt, frustrated, and discouraged about the health of their relationship. Loneliness...broken trust...tension...Are you having the same fight over & over again...or are you just not talking at all? I want to help. Right now you may be feeling stuck and overwhelmed by the challenges of your relationship. There is no need to struggle alone. Counseling can help you discover new ways to feel close, accepted, and understood. I can help you turn things around. Individual and couples sessions can make a tremendous difference.
Together, we identify and understand your individual and relational issues and find practical solutions to the challenges you are confronting. Our work will focus on understanding your relationship interactions and learning new skills designed to lessen the intensity of reactions, strengthen positive communication, connection and conflict resolution skills.
