ABOUT ME:
I have extensive training and experience in assessing and treating individuals of all ages, with a variety of life adjustment difficulties. I have recently developed specialties in life coaching and disaster mental health relief. I am dedicated to helping clients improve their confidence and contentment with their lives. I have developed many techniques that are very useful with symptoms of anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, life transition concerns and adjustment, among others.I help people struggling with relationship issues and career decisions. I have particular interest in children and teens with social anxiety and with the life adjustment of seniors.I also provide public and workplace presentations about wellness issues.
